Hopsack Placemat | Set of 4

A textured hopsack tablecloth woven with a subtle lattice pattern that brings quiet structure to the table. The soft neutral tones and dimensional knot details give the piece depth while remaining easy to layer with a wide range of dinnerware and linens.

Each napkin is hand-finished on all four sides using traditional Mexican hand-knotting techniques, highlighting the careful craftsmanship behind every piece.

Designed in Boston, MA; Alicia Rico Resendiz, who opened her studio 15 years ago after studying sewing and dressmaking, leads a group of 11 female artisans in creating each product. The fabrics are sourced in Mexico before they are cut, sewn and hand-finished by these talented women.
